VP Diamond Shine provides post-construction cleaning services for newly built, remodeled, and renovated residential and commercial properties in Appleton, Wisconsin, and throughout the Fox Valley. We help prepare qualifying properties for occupancy, presentation, or regular use after construction work is substantially complete. Construction and renovation projects can leave dust, labels, packaging, residue, and light debris throughout the property. Before service begins, we review the project’s size, completion status, access conditions, affected areas, surfaces, remaining materials, and desired results. Depending on the approved scope, cleaning may include dusting accessible surfaces, wiping cabinets and counters, cleaning fixtures, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning suitable interior glass, and removing light construction residue from approved areas. Kitchens, bathrooms, offices, hallways, entrances, and common spaces may also be included. Contractors should complete active construction, major repairs, and trade work before the scheduled cleaning. Work areas must be safe, accessible, and supplied with functioning utilities when required. Our standard service does not include demolition, heavy debris hauling, hazardous-material removal, asbestos or lead remediation, mold treatment, elevated exterior work, or correction of construction defects. Some properties may require more than one cleaning phase because airborne dust can settle again after the initial service. Final results also depend on surface condition, construction residue, ventilation, and the completion of other contractors’ work. Pricing depends on square footage, property condition, debris levels, number of rooms, required staffing, accessibility, and requested tasks.
